Congratulations on its 70th Foundation Day of ICCR. I owe my academic activities much to ICCR both personally and institutionally.

Our Kansai Japan-India Cultural Society, Kobe is also celebrating its 62nd anniversary of foundation. Our society, though small, is the oldest cultural society of its kind and once it was the only society in Japan which was officially recognized by the Government of India.
